How do I change causes?

To change your cause, go to https://tab.gladly.io/newtab/account/ and select one of the cause icons next to “switch cause.” If you are on the older version of Tab for a Cause with hearts, you will need to go to the hearts donation page, and then select one of the “beta” causes which will change your Shop for a Cause cause, and then switch back to “classic” from the account settings to get back to your normal Tab for a Cause page.
